Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a background in a 24×7 continuous manufacturing environment.  As a member of the senior leadership team you will play a pivotal role as a driving force behind the day-to-day success by engaging your team, keeping employees safe and ensuring operations are running smoothly.  Relocation is required and some relocation assistance is available.

• Have 6 or more years experience as a Maintenance Manager in an industrial manufacturing environment where you were responsible for successfully maintaining a large maintenance budget
• Have experience with maintenance planning, condition monitoring, shutdown execution and implementing reliability programs

• Are legally authorized to work in Canada
• Have a university degree/technical diploma or a Journeyperson trades certification or extensive experience in a relevant field
• Pride yourself on analyzing all aspects of your department’s performance and proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to improve operational effectiveness
• Are well organized and proficient with Windows Office products and project management tools
• Are proficient in the English language (oral and written)

Salary range: $116,250 – $155,000 annually (plus an additional northern allowance)
