Our client is seeking a career-minded Production Team Leader with strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.  Relocation is required and some relocation assistance is available.

• Are legally authorized to work in Canada
• Have completed grade 12.  Post secondary is considered an asset
• Completion of a supervisory or leadership certificate, an asset
• Are an inspiring leader, who truly cares about your team and their contribution to the success of the operation
• Have an eye for detail and don’t hesitate to identify and report maintenance and safety issues

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in a 24x7continuous process manufacturing environment
• Are well organized and proficient with Windows Office products
• Are proficient in the English language (oral and written)

Salary range: $79,500 – $106,000 annually (plus an additional northern allowance)
