Aviation Technical Asset Manager – Licensed AME M2 or AME-E

This permanent, full-time career opportunity is based in the Calgary, AB area and requires relocation. 

As the Technical Asset Manager, you are a Licensed AME M2 or AME-E, experienced on Dash 8 all series, CRJ all series or 737 classic and NG with at least 5+ years’ work experience in a senior or lead aviation maintenance role.  Reporting directly to the Technical Director you will play a key role as you provide technical and financial oversight of maintenance projects in the maintenance, repair and operations facilities.

• Are a Licensed AME M2 or AME-E, experienced on Dash 8 all series, CRJ all series or 737 classic and NG (required)
• Have 5+ years’ work experience in a senior or lead aviation maintenance role.
• Are experienced in providing technical expertise for contractual decisions relating to leased aircraft for lease returns, lease deliveries, aircraft repossession and aircraft purchases
• Are experienced conducting on-site technical audits at Lessee facilities
• Possess the aptitude to quickly understand the client’s business and operational activities and capabilities.  Does this sound like you?  If so, this role might be for you!

• Are legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada
• Are a licensed AME M2 or AME-E, experienced on Dash 8 all series, CRJ all series or 737 classic and NG (required)
• Have a good understanding of aircraft acquisition and import/export procedures, major repair & alterations and regulatory requirements for aircraft records
• Have professional communication skills and an excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
• Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs and maintenance tracking software e.g (CAMP, Traxxall)
