While I expect that the prospective employers, to whom my personal information is provided, will also respect my privacy, I understand that Miriam Sherris Recruiting does not control the privacy policies of those employers and cannot guarantee that my personal information will be safeguarded by them to the same extent as it is by Miriam Sherris Recruiting.

I hereby release Miriam Sherris Recruiting, its employees, agents and divisions, wherever located, from all liability in connection with the services provided to me by Miriam Sherris Recruiting.

I authorize Miriam Sherris Recruiting to retain my personal information, including personal employment information, for an indefinite period of time for the purpose of recruitment.

I recognize that I may withdraw my consent at any time, by submitting a written request to miriam@miriamsherris.com.  However, Miriam Sherris Recruiting retains the right to keep a record of my personal information relating to recruitment work already completed.
